DoPricer CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) is a powerful HubSpot plugin, to streamline and optimise the sales process for businesses. Easy Configuration: DoPricer makes it easy to manage all your Company Discounts in a single HubSpot View, much like a spreadsheet. In your HubSpot portal, configure a DoPricer Company View to display all your Companies with pricing agreements and their specific percentage discounts on selected or all products. This ensures accuracy and consistency in pricing, including accuracy for customers with agreed discounts or negotiated purchase prices for bulk or frequent order customers. 


Default or Dynamic Pricing: DoPricer also allows you to offer a default discount to companies with no pricing agreement, while dynamic pricing is enabled for companies selling products via pricing catalogues, high volume purchases and negotiated price list. This enables the Sales team to generate customer quotes fast and confidently. DoPricer offers real-time pricing based on various factors such as one-time discounts and customer-specific pricing.


Multiple Price Lists:
Some companies purchase products at varying agreed-upon prices, making multiple or custom price lists (price books, wholesale pricing etc) the ideal solution. When a sales representative adds new line items to either a Deal or the Quote, DoPricer automatically assigns the correct price, similar to its handling of discounts. This includes pricing to Resellers or wholesale bulk product companies. DoPricer documents its decision within the line item property labeled "DoPricer price message."

TIP: Add the "DoPricer price message" property to your Line Items columns in Deals and Quotes.


Multi-Currency & Wholesale Price Lists: If you sell products in USD$, GBP£ and Euro, HubSpot's standard currencies, import an individual price list for each currency into your HubSpot Products settings. Simply set your HubSpot Deal to the currency of the purchasing company to enable the required price list. Individual Wholesale price lists are also imported in this manner.


Quick Quote Generation: Using DoPricer, the Sales team can create professional and accurate quotes fast and confidently, reducing the time they would normally spend on manual calculations and company discount lookups. For DoPricer Plus users, your Sales teams can easily apply new line items to either a Deal or directly to a Quote. This functionality applies the Company discounts (that you've already set up at the Company level), not only via a Deal but as any new line items are applied directly to a Quote. With the help of DoQuotes Beta (more info to come), quotes can be published, copied to send, with a single click from the Deal view.


Reporting:
DoPricer applies your company prices and discounts directly to Line Items on HubSpot Deals. This enables you to create reports to track your team's progress, counting the number of new Line Items per month - all easily done within your HubSpot portal.
